1. ELIGIBILITY. Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are currently over the age of 18 and who are registered members of the Perfect10RV Contest hosted by Silver Palms RV Village. Employees and members of their families of Silver Palms RV Village, Harvey Resorts, their parent organization, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. CONTEST RULES. Only users who have registered for the Perfect10RV Contest by Silver Palms RV Village may participate. The Perfect10RV Contest by Silver Palms RV Village will be divided into three classes: Class A Motor Homes, Fifth Wheels, and Travel Trailers. Eligible participants are permitted to upload one image per category, allowing for a total of three images to be uploaded by each eligible and registered member. To maintain eligibility, qualifying images must have a minimum of 10 votes to qualify for the prizes. Uploaded images must be original and cannot be taken from stock photos or illegally downloaded images. Images suspected of piracy will be removed and the member account will be deemed ineligible by Silver Palms RV Village. Eligible members are also permitted to vote only once per image for each of the three aforementioned categories. Each vote consists of a ranking of 1-10 being given to an eligible image, with 1 being the lowest ranking and 10 being the highest possible ranking. The Perfect10RV Contest by Silver Palms RV Village will begin on January 8, 2009 and run through May 15, 2009.

3. WINNERS. There will be one winner for each class of the Perfect10RV Contest by Silver Palms RV Village for a total of three winners. The winner for each class will be determined by the highest average ranking of the total number of votes (minimum 10 votes) received for each image. Silver Palms RV Village will announce the winner of each category at an unspecified time subsequent to the conclusion of the Perfect10RV Contest by Silver Palms RV Village. The winners will each receive a GPS system, the brand and model of which will be determined by Silver Palms RV Village prior to the conclusion of the Perfect10RV Contest by Silver Palms RV Village.

4. DISCLAIMER. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, warrant and represent that their entry is accurate and grant to Silver Palms RV Village and Harvey Resorts the right to use the winners’ names, information provided and likeness for purposes of advertising and/or promotion. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) business days of notification attempt or an alternative winner may be selected. By accepting a prize, winners and family members also agree to release Silver Palms RV Village, Harvey Resorts, their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising, promotion or production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize and/or participation in the Contest. Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Silver Palms RV Village, Harvey Resorts, their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising, promotion or production agencies do not accept any responsibility for the images which are submitted. Pornographic content of any kind is prohibited. Commercial content, print or other, is prohibited. Any submissions which are deemed to be pornographic or commercial will result in immediate disqualification and possible further action. All images which are submitted become the property of Silver Palms RV Village and Harvey resorts. All images are subject to review prior to inclusion on the site. Subject to all applicable laws.
